Description:When adding or updating the date field on an inventory receipt the ETA field on the corresponding purchase order line will update accordingly. It is only the ETA date at the line is updated.
Reason: Provides more accurate information to customers.
System Wide Setting - Options for Purchase Orders
The setting Update PO line ETA date with pre receipt date recvd activates this functionality.
When a pre-receipt is entered or changed, the setting is checked to see if the date on the PO ETA Date should be updated as well.
